Client proof

Cleaners who checked their postcode and booked a call.

No stock photos, no made-up names. These are the people we deliver batches to. Ask them yourself if you want.

  • Placeholder quote. Two or three sentences in the cleaner's own words about what happened after the first batch landed.

Placeholder result, e.g. 38 customers in 6 weeks

    Business name, Town

  • Placeholder quote. Best if it mentions something specific: the price they got, how many turned into regulars, how much time it saved.

Placeholder result, e.g. £620 per clean cycle added

    Client name

    Business name, Town

  • Placeholder quote. Include the doubt they had before signing up and what changed their mind.

What the dashboard looks like when a customer lands

Name, address, agreed price, agreed frequency, first clean date. That is what you see. Nothing to chase.

Built by a window cleaner.

I started on the ladders, not behind a desk. I know what it costs to build a round: the leaflets that go in the bin, the Facebook enquiries that never answer, the quotes that turn into nothing.

Inicio exists because I got sick of paying for leads. A lead is a phone number. A customer is someone who has already agreed a price, agreed a frequency and is waiting for you to turn up.

That is what we deliver. Batches of real recurring customers in your district, and only your district. If it does not work for you, it does not work for me either.

The process

How it works

  1. Check your postcode

Type in your postcode. If your district is free, it is yours to take. If someone already has it, you can join the waitlist.

  2. Book a call

A short call to agree your minimum job price, cleaning frequency and how many customers you can take on. No sales pitch, just the details.

  3. Ads go live in your district

We run the ads, handle the enquiries and agree price and frequency with each customer before you hear about them.

  4. Customers land in your dashboard

Name, address, agreed price and frequency, ready to go. Export them to Squeegee or CleanerPlanner and get on with the work.

See a customer land

This is the moment a pre-sold customer hits your dashboard. Price agreed. Frequency agreed. First clean date set. All you do is turn up.

What a batch is worth

The maths

You buy a batch worth £400 per clean cycle. We deliver 10% extra as a buffer, so £440 of recurring work lands on your round.

£400batch10%buffer£440delivered
  • per clean cycle£440
  • per year£5,280
  • over 5 years£26,400
2–3cleans

Payback is roughly 2 to 3 cleans. Everything after that is yours.

Based on a 4-weekly cycle. Assumes customers stay, which is why cancellations inside 60 days are taken off your batch value.

No small print

The guarantee, and the exclusivity

  • Cancel inside 60 days, you do not pay for them

Any customer who cancels within 60 days is removed from your batch value. You only pay for customers who stick.

  • Unsuitable customers are replaced free

Wrong area, unsafe access, not what was agreed. Tell us and we replace them at no cost.

  • One cleaner per district

When you take a district, it is yours. We do not sell the same postcode to the cleaner down the road.

Be honest with yourself

Who this is not for

We would rather tell you now than waste your time on a call.

  • No capacity for new work

If you cannot fit new customers into the next 30 days, wait until you can. Customers who wait too long for a first clean cancel.

  • Wants cheap leads, not customers

We do not sell phone numbers. If you want £5 leads to chase, there are plenty of people who will sell you those.

  • Will not honour the agreed price

Every customer has agreed a price and frequency with us. If you turn up and change it, the whole thing falls apart.

Questions

Straight answers

What is the deposit?

Batches start from £1,000. 20% reserves your district and gets the ads live. The balance is paid as customers land in your dashboard, so you are never paying up front for work you have not seen.

What does pre-sold actually mean?

Before a customer reaches you, we have spoken to them, confirmed the address, agreed a price for the job and agreed how often they want it done. They are expecting you. That is the difference between a customer and a lead.

What happens after 4 months?

A batch is delivered over roughly 4 months. Near the end, you choose whether to renew for another batch and keep the district locked. If you do not renew, the district is released and can be offered to another cleaner.

Can I export customers to Squeegee or CleanerPlanner?

Yes. Every customer can be exported from your dashboard with name, address, phone, agreed price and frequency, in a format that imports straight into Squeegee, CleanerPlanner or a spreadsheet.
